Cant text photos

If I attatch photo to a message, nothing gets thru. In native text app I get a green arrow but no recieved time gets back and photo doesnt get there. I tried Handcent, then I just get a wheel spinning round and round. Have disablred WiFi - does not help. Seems to be mentioned in forums, but no proposal seems to work. Any ideas?? Why did I leave Blackberry???

Under Settings>Data Manager>Data Saver, is that turned on?

Also downloaded Go SMS pro, It wont work. Guess I'll call Verizon

OK. Problem was fixed by powering off phone and back on. Verizon said do that once a week. Spread the word.

Oh yeah first step in trouble shooting is always do a power off/on, or a hard reset by holding the volume down and the power button for about 10 seconds. Glad you got it fixed.

I think there's more to it than that, as I power down my phone several times per week if for no other reason than it needs to be off for work. I still get this problem ('text message not sent' - both SMS and MMS) from time to time. I've had this on every VZW phone I have ever owned over the past 8-10 years. All of my wife's phones have exhibited the same behavior. Never happened once when we had ATT/iPhone 3G. It seems to go through just fine most times when I resend the message. It's a nuisance that I've come to accept as part of using VZW, and certainly is much better than dealing with dropped calls.
