can't uninstall where application

I installed the application where and now I can not uninstall it. I used the market to uninstall and it seemed successful but the icon is still in my app draw...and when i click it it opens so it didn't uninstall it but now its not in my downloads section....

Trying going to Menu > Settings > Applications and uninstall from there, if you can.
