Can’t Update Enhanced Features

On our Galaxy S7, we keep getting alerts to update Enhanced Features. When we click to update, we get an error message.

1. We have disabled certain bloatware. Could that be the reason this update doesn’t work?

2. If so, how can we stop the alerts?

Something like, “Apps connected...have been disabled or uninstalled.”

Unless we click the notification, we cannot do anything to even attempt to update this, and once we get the error message, the notification disappears.
