Cant Update?

I returned my droid back to stock using rsd lite and and the 2.0.1 sbf file however, now it will offer to update to 2.1 nor can I find a non-rooted 2.1 sbf. So i guess I'm asking if there is anyway i can update back yo 2.1. Thanks
