Can't view certain web pages...

Can someone please tell me why I can't view this webpage?

It's a .cgi webpage, but is just text based. I couldn't view it on any android phone in the Verizon store either.

Are you logging in like it says to? What exactly do you see/not see when you click on your link here? I was able to open the log in page and the forum. I also saw a message that said you must be logged in to play the reincarnation. All from my "outdated" original Droid.
