Car dock and extended battery case

Will the Rezound with extended battery and protective case fit in the car dock

Just read it does not. I think I can cut out the charge port and take out the white insert and clamp it in and be good to go. Dosent need to ever charge with this battery anyways

I have done it by removing the inserts. It is more difficult to target the USB port when pulling it in the dock when you do this. I have been removing my case and using the insert for the naked extended configuration.

Yes it does. That's one of the things I like about the car dock. The standard one does as well fwiw
