How are you all using your car docks? Do you mount it on the windshield or your dashboard? Are you able to fit the phone in the dock with a case, and if so, which one? And with an extended battery or without? Are you using the dock purchased from Verizon (that doesn't come with the USB cable) or one purchased elsewhere (that does come with the USB cable)?
