CarDock?

When looking in my stock Task Manager with my Droid Razr, I notice in my Applications List the App "CarDock"

I have a feeling this is the Stock Application available to use whenever my phone would be connected to the dock car accessory sold separately. This application is not displayed anywhere else except for in my Task Manager so I have no way of getting to it to actually run it.

...Does anyone know this for sure?

Did you ever find the answer? I would like to launch an app like this since I cannot take advantage of a car dock due to the shell/holster on the razr maxx. I would like to have a big and simplified display to access music, phone calls and navigation while driving.
