Cell Standby issue

Loaded Black Ice over Cyano 5.06.01 this morning and what a great theme!! I am having the Cell Standby issue though, currently at 51% and is the number one user of my battery. I know people say this happens with the Smoked Theme as well.

Any way around this issue?

Should I add this to a Bug thread somewhere?

Go into Airplane mode for about 30 seconds, then come out. Should alleviate your cell standby issue.

In 17+ hr my cell standby is 18% with time without a signal at 0.

From what I've read and experienced firsthand, it's just misreporting the signal and battery loss to the android OS, not actually draining the battery any faster.

I hope so and you might be right since there are not many categories displayed, but I did notice after running the airplane mode trick my temps come down by 10 degrees yesterday when I was using UD10 with the Smoke notification bar installed.
