Certified Like New Phone Issue

I recently received a certified like new replacement Droid and I have noticed sometimes when I make calls, there is a "whining" in the background. It seems to be totally random and I not positive if it has to do with the phone being refurbished. I was debating swapping it out again, but I don't want to go through the trouble if this is something common for these phones. I don't recall this happening on my old one.

No whine on mine...Well I do here the iPhone guys in the office complain about the Droid....but they are just jealous.

I am on my fourth droid...and my husband has one as well. Neither of us have ever experienced a whine. Return it!
