Change pop email settings - How?

jello. I set up my email account and need to change something in the pop settings. For the life of me, I can't find how to get back to the setup. This is my first smart phone that I've had for a day so give directions as you would to a 5 year old, please. :biggrin:

From the home screen hit the menu button (three little horizontal bars on the far left soft key), go to settings, then go to accounts, click on the email account you want to change and edit the settings from there.
