Charge issue?

Is it just me our does the charge last less if you charge through a usb power than a wall charger? Arena like my d1 loses it's charge faster if charged with a usb port.

I know the voltage used over USB is lower then using the wall charger, which makes it take a lot longer to charge fully. Never heard of less usage time after a full charge (no mater the method of charging) though.
