Chase app still broken!!!!

Seriously?!?!?!?!

Now my phone takes gloriously clear pictures and it still won't deposit them. Big fail, Chase!!! Please hire a developer that knows what the heck they are doing.

Now my phone takes gloriously clear pictures and it still won't deposit them. Big fail, Chase!!! Please hire a developer that knows what the heck they are doing.

Works fine on my D2. I've deposited two checks in there.

Now I admit it does take a little time to learn how to do it. I use a brown table that's not reflective, with candelabra type lights above it. One time it had a problem reading the routing number, but it let me add that manually. The second time it worked fine.

You do have to be at least somewhat steady, and make sure your lens on the photo side is clean.

I know all about the routine, as I first used this app on a Droid 1. I've tried all different surfaces and it won't even get to the point of reading some of the numbers. Just tells me that the pictures are blurry. I used my wife's ipod touch. First time. Worked. This many people shouldn't be having problems. They've updated the app once since its been out, and that was months ago. I'm gonna call again when I can muster up the patience.
