Cheap, GPS Capable, Verizon Phone

Hey Everyone,

I am with Verizon and I don't want to switch networks or sign up for a 2 year contract but would like a smartphone.

Needs:
- Verizon Capable
- GPS Capability (live turn by turn style, preferably something that doesn't use data if that exists)
- Basic Internet Surfing (to find places, check email, nothing fancy)
- Not a horrible keyboard experience, I have big fingers. (doesn't have to have a keyboard, just need to be able to type)
- Cheap $50 if possible, could spend $100

I don't need anything fancy, I'm just going to deactivate all the extra features. I have been using a 2002 brickphone so anything is an upgrade. Just moved to a new town and I want a GPS capable phone. With the new generations coming out there has to be a pile of unsold phones at bargain prices? Thoughts?
thanks in advance

No help on the phone other than if you want one that cheap without a contract, it will probably have to be used. If you want a great GPS program that does not use data, Sygic is my vote for the best.

How necessary is having a phone that is 4G, LTE capable?

It looks like I can pick up the best of last gen. 3G phones in my price range. I have wifi at my house, I won't be web browsing on my phone.
Is any phone compatible with with Navfree or only certain operating systems?
