Clean Up Utility

Is there some kind of utility or app that will search both the internal memory and SD card for remnants of apps that have long ago been uninstalled and get rid of temp folders and directories?

The only thing I know for clean up at all is the Cache cleaner. I know what you're talking about remnants of apps and such.

But there are over 100,00 apps out there. Maybe someone knows something I don't.
