Cleanup tool?

Having added and removed dozens of apps, I notice browsing around with Astro that there a files and folders littering my phone. I know they're not haring anything, but is there an app that will go through my installed list and remove any un needed files and folders and basically clean up the droid?

I haven't found anything yet... I would love a version of s-k-tools for android.
