Clients Android Missing

I have a client whose Android was either stolen or misplaced (believed to be stolen). Is there an App in google play that can be pushed to the phone (if it's on and still linked to that account) to locate it. I know there are apps out there where you can do this but not without setting up the app with the phone in hand.
