Clipboard? What clipboard?

I want to copy and paste an article from the internet on my DROID X. When I do this it tells me that the article has been pasted on the "Clipboard". Issue is, I can't find this so called Clipboard in my DROID X. Where or how do I locate this?

the clipboard is just for copying. Open up your email and press to paste it. You cant view the clipboard

THANKS!! I kept getting message I was saving to my clipboard. Disappeared before I knew what was happening. Based on answer don't need to worry about phone exploding from clipboard overload

You might also check out an app called clip it. It allow you to save multiple things to a clipboard for future use.
