CLNR GNex $230 @ VZW.com (no contract required).

VZW.com is selling the CLNR GNex for $230 right now.
Comes with a 1 year warranty.
No new contract necessary.

I'm tempted to grab one...

Man I would. Keep the unlimited data, have a great phone and get android 4.2 very very soon! :)

*also, sell the Bionic to help the funds!

Is it even confirmed that Verizon is getting the next Nexus, considering how much they screwed up this one?

For $230 that's a great deal. CLNR with a 1yr warranty is hard to beat.

I don't see Verizon getting the next nexus device(s). Just my opinion.

what do you base that on

Their lack of support for the Galaxy Nexus and I also feel like Google would prefer to have their devices available exclusively through the play store, unlocked & off contract. I hope I'm wrong but we haven't had even the slightest of notions that a new Verizon nexus is coming. This time last year we had numerous leaks hinting at a Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

I seen this too and considering picking up one. I'm a little hesitant though because of the battery and connection problems I've heard of. It would be nice to have a Nexus phone to match my Nexus 7.

I recieved my Gnex via this offer last night. From what I could tell, it was a Made in China refurb, and after a half a day of use, it has been very good. The phone itself was flawless, I can't find any issues with the display, and there have been 0 data issues. My only early complaint, is that while in use surfing the web, battery life, as has often been mentioned here, really is abysmal. I was down to 20% after 2 hours of surfing and downloading on 4G.
