Clockwork

So I downloaded clockwork from rom manager and everytime i try to back up install or do anything i get a exlimtion mark inside a android guy.

My clockwork wont work what should i do?

you need to flash the bootstrap to be able to use a custom recovery. get it here:
My Brain Hurts

install the apk, then choose flash bootstrap, and use the second button to reboot into it.

Thanks ill give it a try just got the x yesterday but had the og droid so i am familiar with what to do
