Eurskank strikes first once again! This time with a CM10 Kang for the Nexus 10! The Nexus 10 already runs Vanilla AOSP Android 4.2.1 however Cyanogen Mod brings all sorts of tweaks and performance enhancements plus lots of customizations like theme chooser, custom clock, custom lockscreen, and more! It should be noted that this has been compiled with cherry picks from Cyanogen Mod's Gerrit. This can be compared to a Nightly build meaning that some features could be buggy since this type of build does not bring the kind of stability that a Monthly build brings.
