Coming From D1 - Grab a Bionic or wait for Spyder/HD?

So my upgrade date should be coming up in about 2 months but I might be eligible for an early upgrade. I'm still rocking my D1 but with all these new great devices coming out, it's really starting to make the D1 feel older and older. What does everyone think I should do? Grab the Bionic if possible or wait for the rumored Spyder/HD?

I am still rocking my D1. Its getting tired. October 6 upgrade date and I'm getting the bionic
