Complete Action Using option missing??

I downloaded some tones on Zedge and I want to set one as my message tone. Whenever I used to change my tone it always asked me to "complete action using" and it gave me options like Zedge, Android System, or Handcent, or whatever. I must have set it to use the android system by default, because now the option screen doesn't come up and it just gives me the stock android message tones. Is there any way to get that screen back???

You can go into settings/applications/manage applications/all/android system/clear defaults

Or

Uninstall and Reinstall Zedge and your options should come back
