Computer wont find phone

I am trying to download some music to my phone. I am running vista. It will not find the phone. Driver can not be found. I downloaded the vcast for the comp. And it doesnt have the thunderbolt listed to add a driver.
Technos . Please help

HTC Sync never worked with my Thunderbolt I don't know why. I just manually installed all the drivers and it works fine.

I manually updated my drivers when i rooted and just double checked them to make sure they were updated..and my pc and Tb still dont get along...running w7...any ideas?
