Hi, I'm new to this and I have but 1 big question.... when I attempt to download Sirius xm to my phone all I recieve is "basic account restricted". How can I remedy this problem?

Welcome! Good to have you. I do not use XM/Sirius on my phone. When I tried to load on my iPhone it required the premium version and I was not willing to pay an additional fee. Did you check the XM/Sirius site to see what may be required?
