Connected to HDMI cable

My phone keep connecting to the "HDMI CABLE" i do not have it connected, i wasn't trying to connect it...idk how this happened. When it connects it turns my screen sideways and that makes me mad!

Will you remove the battery, and what color is the litmus paper? Is there any chance the phone could have liquid damage?
