Connecting Droid to Behringer sound board

I do a podcast. I would like to connect my Droid to the sound board so I can make calls during my show. I can connect it to the input, and hear the caller in my headphones, but I would like to connect the phone so that the caller can hear me and my guests through the mics. If anyone knows what equipment I need, please discuss it.
