connection from phone to my PC

I know I could get a aircard for 3G/4G for my computer but since the Android Fascination gets good reception and has USB port , does anyone know if I could connect via the USB ports to my computer and be able to connect to the internet using the PC?

Why not just use the wifi to connect to the home network?
