Constant Green LED possible like BB?

Is there a way to have the x to constantly have a green led blinking to show my phone is on and working properly?

Without it my phone looks dead or off when the screen is off.

Well, it's a bit ghetto, but you could find an app that you really don't need that has a status alert, let it alert and then leave it so it's constantly blinking.

Or you could just trust in all things Droid and know your phone is in fact still on.
