Contact shortcuts no longer display picture

Hey all,

I recently wiped and reloaded all my contacts. In by doing so now, when I use the shortcut icons for a contact, instead of showing their picture, it shows the default gray silhouette. This is more than likely due to the fact that contacts have their own unique id, and something is cached with those icons I used prior to reloading my contacts.

Is anyone aware of how to resolve this?

Haven't been able to find much of anything on this topic ... Found a couple posts where people say it's a bug. Debating a wipe and reload, but hopefully someone has found resolution to this.
