contact specific ringtones not working.

Ringtones assigned to specific contacts aren't working. When someone calls it just does the ringtone I have set as default for phone. Any ideas why this is happening?

Ok I figured it out. Can't assign in app had to be done front contacts.

Droid Ringtones not working for specific caller

I have ringtones assigned to specific contacts but when those contact call, my phone is silent. I tried going through contacts and assigning it that way but I have google contacts and when I go to edit contacts there is no options tab to click to assign that way. My default ringtone is working and my notifications ringtone is working. How do I get my contact specific ringtones to play when they call.
