Downloaded (and paid for!!) the pro version of remember the milk. My pay pal account shows that I was charged. I have been in an endless loop of trying to download the app--I've had to reset my password a couple of times--never seems to upgrade to pro. I've tried removing the free version, I've tried to remove everything I could think of but I still can't get it downloaded. The worst part is that there doesn't seem to be any way to contact the developers. The site just lists a lot of "solutions" that don't match mine and NO WAY to type in the problem. I feel ripped off right now. Any help out there?

I would go for the refund (aka, buyers remorse) option through the market. Of course, that is if it's been less than 24 hours.

I had no problem finding the support page for rememberthemilk. Remember The Milk - Help / Help by Email You have to drill down to the last level of listed problems to find the link to submit an issue. What does the pro version get you that you can't get with Astrid linked to your free rememberthemilk.com account?

I thought I would get a more robust app that would sync with phone and desktop calendar. I'm coming from years of Palm so I haven't quite figured out the whole google thing. I'll try the link and thanks again.
