contacts not fully syncing

Using Exchange 2003 SP2 with ActiveSync on my Incredible. Everything works except for contact syncing. When I setup the account on the phone it downloaded all the contact with no problems. I also have a Moto Droid on the same server that's not having these issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

go into your contacts and press your menu button and select display options... you can choose what all contacts display

this is mainly and issue where a contact is added to the droid and is not sent to the exchange account. I dont think changing the view would apply to this would it?
