Contacts take about 10 seconds to come up

So when I go into my contacts on my X2 the contacts are all there and I can scroll through them with no issues or lag. However when I actually click on a contact to bring up the details it just shows a blank screen for about 10 seconds and then finally brings up the data.

I have tried killing all other tasks running and restarting the phone and nothing seems to help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
