Contacts won't sync to Facebook

I had to get a new Droid X last week because my old Droid X was having software problems. When I got the new phone, it had the new software on it, and I added everything back on, and tried to sync my contacts to Facebook and I can't get them to sync no matter how hard I've tried. I went to the Verizon store and they can't figure it out either. I'm not sure if it's a software problem, or a problem with the updated Facebook app. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, is there any way to fix it. I want people's pictures to show up, and I also lost a lot of contacts that I had. I'm super bummed out if there isn't a way to fix it!

I'm having the EXACT same problem - 'have spent hours trying to figure it out, to no avail thus far. I have someone with Verizon looking into it, and if anyone can figure it out, he can. I'll let you know if he does...
