convert to .apk

had a hard look on here, but couldnt find anything about an .apk converter.
Iv just got an xperia play and want to install some games like metal gear solid on, but the only way i think i can get them to woork is converting them to .apk, anyone know of a decent converter? cant find one anywhere..

What format is the game in currently? As far as I know the game either needs to be native to Android, such as an APK, or run through one of the many emulators for Android. I do no know of any way of converting say a PC or PS game to an APK(would love to be wrong on this though).
