Copying Google contacts to phone.

Right now all my contacts are in the google group. How do I COPY (I want them to remain in my gmail also) to my phone?

export them as an outlook file on GMAIL and then import them using Verizon's backup assistance software at https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/ba_nab/overview_def.jsp

Thanks, working perfectly, now if only I can get facebook to recognize them and update the info

Use the Contact Group app, then you won't end up with duplicates and you can send group emails, texts via the app.
