Corporate Sync Connects, but missing emails

I just purchased a Droid 3. I was able to get corportate sync to connect with the microsoft exchange server. However, the emails don't show up until I actually view them via Outlook. That means that I can only get emails I've read and being out of the office the droi is usless to me. I can send emails just fine, it's just getting emails to show up that is the problem. I've had a similar problem on my personal iPad.

Any ideas?

In ur email settings, is ur Data push notifications box checked?

Tried All methods

I've tried data push on and off. I've tried every fetch schedule. With push on, the email comes to the Droid the moment i read it in my outlook.

Ya sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it does. It happens with mine also. But u can try Exchange Touchdown for Corp emails. Or maybe K-9 might help also. These can be found in the market
