Can Microsoft's Cortana compete toe-to-toe with Google Now directly on an Android device? The answer to that question is within reach. A beta build of Cortana for Android has been leaked and is available for download.
We will share the link to the download below, but be forewarned that this is outside the official Microsoft channels. This version will probably be prone to bugs and could cause Microsoft some irritation. Getting it running on your device requires logging into to your Microsoft account. The apk came from an Insider test at Microsoft, who indicated the public beta will be released in the next few weeks.
