Could I get Verizon to waive off my vCAST charges?

Okay so I subscribed to the one day vCast subscription two times ($3.00) each..

So heres the story.

I tried to watch world cup soccer the first time and when I tuned into the ESPN stream, it played the audio but didn't know any picture so I was like "wtf.. screw it"

Couple of days later, I subscribed again thinking it wouldn't happen again, but guess what? Same thing happened!

So today, I just got my bill see'ing $6.00 in vCAST charges but I am not willing to pay for this piece of crap.

Do you think VZW would waive it off if I explained the story?? THanks.

They should....If my wife can call and get them to give her a new BB for free, they should have no problem with $6.

Never know til you try.

If I were the rep, I'd be asking you "why didn't you call in and report the issue when it happened"? It would make me suspicious. Sure, $6 would be no problem to get credit for it, but I'd be looking in the notes for your history - do you call in a lot looking for credits, are you a good paying customer, things like that. So, more than likely yes, it will get waived, but start thinking of why on two occasions did you not call in to let them know about the issue with your picture not working.

Okay guys, I just called them and the friendly rep waived it off without any questions. I was pretty satisfied.

@Vulcan1600Rider - Yeah you're right, I should of called right away after experiancing this issue, but I guess I kind of forgot since I was too distracted by watching soccer, hehe.

Thanks for your help guys though! Really appreciate it.
