Countdown calendar app

New user here so this might be a dumb question.

Does anyone know of an app that lets you put in a date for an event that will then countdown to that event? Example I am going on vacation in October and wanted to have something on my phone that would tell me how many days until I left.

Look for "countdown board" widget its really good one, i have it for my wedding in 10 days

You can try "Countdown Calendar" in the android market. That is very simple, but comes with beautiful widget. You can make a tag on the event and it will calculate days to events.
