cpu speed question

hello all,
when i try UD 1.0 (the new one) with slayers 1.0 ghz kernel i cant seem to get my min speed below 600 when i try to adjust it. ive tried with the build in cpu settings and with setcpu. i even tried to switch kernels to chevy1 1.0ghz lv which has been my go to kernel and it still wont go below 600mhz. i use ondemand govener if that matters... usually min 250 max 800-1000 depending.
i couldnt find a answer from a quick search so figured id ask.

Did you use Auto detect when you set up SetCPU? Sometimes you can just move the 'Min' slider up(right), then back down(left) and your low end magically appears. Weird.
