Can't help you with just that information. What happened? what is it not doing? Can you turn it on? What exactly is it doing?

Yea it turns on and off . I dont know exacly whats going on with it I think something like the server in the phone is going bad . It goes in and out of service . So some times you can make and reseve calls and other times nothing

Is the phone rooted? Try using MyBackup (free in market) to backup all her apps. Do a factory reset on the phone, start the phone back up, go into the market and redownload MyBackup and use that to restore apps. See if that works.

No the phone is not rooted . Does the phone need to have service to do that ?
