creating a way point in maps

is there a way to,,,or an app that, allows the user to create his own waypoint or custom location at a given spot. like a location that has not address in google's database as of yet.

You can do it by starting from a PC. Make sure you are signed onto your Google account. Map the route on your PC. You can add way points to a specific location by clicking. When you are done save the map. The you can open your pc map in android

not sure what you mean in the last sentence. if i save what i created, is there a way to open it in google maps on my phone?
