Crystal X Keyboard

Running Liberty 1.5 with crystal x theme. Wondering why I don't have the blue keyboard and missing a few more themed stuff.....like the liberty tools icon. I just installed the exact same thing on my buddies phone and his had the blue keyboard and more themed icons than mine.
