How many MBs do you use on your data plan per month on average? Now that my AT&T contract is up, I'm trying to decide if I need a smartphone with the unlimited data plan or just a 3g multimedia phone with the 9.99 data plan for up to 25mb.

Since I'm fairly green to this stuff, I would really appreciate any feedback or comments.

I easily use between 4 and 5 GB per month with Verizon. Slacker Radio is always on when I'm driving, studying, sleeping, ect.

Can you upgrade your data plan at any time? If so, try it a few months on the minimum plan and if that suits your needs that all is ok. If it doesn't, upgrade to the next level.

I don't do radio or anything but with email and stuff I have used 400 mb in 5 days billing cycle.
