Cwm boots up during stock rom boot-up?

So... I flashed CM7 and had to go back to a stock rom... I went back to a stock rom from a backup that I made. Now when I turn the phone on it boots into CWM??? Any ideas why???

You can delete the files using Root Explorer. Check system/preinstall.

Or just sbf
