Cyanogen Mod 10.1 Android 4.2.2 is now here for the Droid RAZR M thanks to an unofficial preview build by well known Moto dev "Dhacker". Dhacker had made cm10 available for the device a while back, but was just able to update it to 10.1 today. So far just about everything is working. The only big feature that is not included is CamCorder functionality, meaning the camera is working just not the video recorder. You will need to have your bootloader unlocked, and you will need to have either TWRP or CWM recovery installed. Each recovery is provided along with the Rom and Gapps at the source link below!
