Cyanogenmod 12 official was just released. Anyone who has an unlocked bootloader go to Cyanogenmod's website and download now: CyanogenMod Downloads remember that you must have an unlocked bootloader. If you have taken Verizon's latest Kitkat update for the Razr M/HD sorry, there is no way to unlock and there will never be. You must be on the first Razr M/HD Kitkat update in order to unlock. Anyway Cyanogenmod 12 is Android Lollipop. Cyanogenmod has released 5.0.2 for the Razr M and Razr HD. Enjoy the update and leave a reply if you want. If you have any problems I'm glad to help.
