The OnePlus One was a huge success when it comes to a budget device. This is mainly due to the use of CyanogenMod as their stock OS. This instantly drew in the Anroid Rom and Hack community. Pretty quickly OnePlus was able to make a name for themselves as having one of the most developer friendly devices around.
While the OnePlus 2 continued the idea of making a "FlagShip" killer device with a different operating system from the norm, OnePlus did decide to ditch CyanogenMod in favor of their own "OxygenOs" Android skin. If you grabbed the OnePlus 2 you might actually be missing CyangenMod. No worries the Rom is coming to the OnePlus 2 soon! The device is listed in the official Git repository. This means developers are actively working on the rom and it should roll out soon!
